Debra Condren, Ph.D., is a psychologist, business coach, and president and founder of Business Psychology Solutions, a leadership and performance development firm based in New York City and San Francisco. Over fifteen years, Dr. Condren has coached over 1200 clients including: executives of start-ups, small-, mid-, and large-cap companies; professionals focused on performance and career development; small business owners and consultants; budding entrepreneurs; and college-bound students and recent graduates.

Dr. Condren received a U.S. Small Business Administration's “Business Advocate of the Year 2000” award; her nomination was endorsed by U.S. Senators Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein. She is the founder and executive director of the Women's Business Alliance, an organization utilized by 2500 women over eight years. She also served as an Advisory Member to the American Psychological Association’s Presidential Task Force on Adolescent Girls.
